Crescent Moore, PharmD, PhD is a Pharmacist and Director, Part D/Pharmacy at BluePeak Advisors, a division of Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc. With over 10 years of health policy and Medicare experience, Crescent lends her expertise in Part D operations. Prior to joining BluePeak Advisors, Crescent worked as a director of clinical pharmacy at a regional health plan. At BluePeak, Crescent serves as a subject matter expert (SME) on Medicare Part D, exchange, and commercial plan operations and quality-related initiatives.

Crescent holds a both a Doctor of Philosophy degree and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Tennessee and completed a health policy and association management residency at the Tennessee Pharmacists Association.
