Elizabeth, Vice President and General Manager of Regulatory Science and Study Innovation in IQVIA’s US regional business unit, has over 20 years of experience in biotech and pharma with a focus in Real World Evidence. Her responsibilities include driving innovative real-world evidence generation through emerging methodologies such as patient-mediated data, AI/ML and data networks. She has led multiple complex real-world studies supporting regulatory submissions, including external comparator studies for gene therapies and rare diseases. Prior to joining IQVIA in 2013, Elizabeth was a partner at Booz & Co. where she received a Hammer Award for Reinventing Government and Booz Allen Hamilton’s Professional Excellence Award. She has published articles in Harvard Business Review, InVivo and Financial Executive International. She holds a BA in mathematics from St. John’s College, Annapolis and Santa Fe, and an MBA in Finance and Information Strategy from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania.
