According to a report from the Pew Research Center, “In 2022, American women typically earned 82 cents for every dollar earned by men.” While re-entering the workforce after parenthood may account for some of this disparity, another likely reason is the lack of confidence some women have in negotiating.
This empowering session is designed to help women navigate the challenges of career negotiation with confidence and success. Attendees will explore why women often struggle to negotiate within their careers, particularly when discussing salary and career advancement. Through interactive exercises, attendees will learn practical strategies to build their confidence and enhance their negotiation skills. This session will also examine women’s common workplace barriers, providing tools and techniques to overcome these obstacles and advocate for their professional and personal growth.
By the end of the session, attendees will have a deeper understanding of negotiation dynamics, practical approaches to success, and the confidence to champion their worth.
